LONDON, October 5.
Mobilisation in the Moscow district has been suspended owing to the unpopularity of the war.
The Kaiser has telegraphed to the Admiral of the Baltic fleet wishing him good.luck.
General Sakharoff reports that Chunchuses, officered by Japanese, hold the Tawanghauleng pass.
