Owing to' the death of Count Ernest Eegent of Lippe Detmold, curious complications are created. The Kaiser has declined to recognise the assumption of the regency 'by Count Leopold of Lippe Biesterfield, eldest son of Count-Ernest. The State Government support Count Leopold. .
