_ At a meeting of tho Council of tho New Zealand League of Wheelmen tonight the rulo debarring any but amateurs from sitting on the Council was deleted.
T. Jvirkwood, a North Island rider, who ha.l, while under suspension by the North Canterbury centre, compotod at Manaia and Hawera, was disqualified for life.
H. Amos's motor-paced records, five miles in lOmin 29see3, and two miles in iiuvin riusocs, wero passed. T. Oates, winner of tho Ilalf-milo Amateur Championship at Auckland, complained of tho uiedul he had received.
After inspection the Council decided to communicate with tho Auckland centre on tbo matter.
