At a meeting of tbo Magnetic Gold Dredging Co. it was decided to go into voluntary liquidation. It was tho Company's dredge that in days boforo tbo boom gained the returns which, with those of tho Electric Compnuy, brought- the Kawnruu into prominence. No success has attended its efforts lately, and although there is n considerable nrea of unworked ground, tho 'jharoliolder:; are averse to putting in more money. During tho wock ending to-day returns have been reported from 01 dredges, tho total gold yield heiug 20280z 19dwt 2ogr, or an average of 330z per dredge. Additional returns.
