! BOOUB SHABES. { (Per Frees Association.) Auckland, July 14. W. E. Waters was charged at the Police Court with falsifying the share regisMr of the Fiery Cross Goldming Comvany. The solicitor for the Company stated the share register had been increased by eight thousand shares and he would proceed with the first charge, which involved three thousand shares. On a certain page of the register, under the heading of "W.Waters, intrust,' tnere appeared to the creditf of Waters three thousand shares. Evidence would be given to. prove these were bogus shares and evidence was given in support of these allegations by Mr Hull, the legal manager appointed to fill the vacancy caused Dy "Waters' resignation.
