Bank of New Zealand, L 17.000; seoured by face value of Nelson's shares L 160,000 ; Bank of New Zealand L 55.000, secured by equites L3OOO, and surrender value of life policy, £300 [ Scottish and New Zealand Investment Company, £3500, secured by mortgage over land and buildings in Dee street, Invercargill; Mantel's executors, Dunedin LI2OO seoured by mortgage over section in Dee street valued at £1200 J Maitland s Trustees Dunedin, £2065.; secured by land in Crescent, Invercargill, valued at like amount i Bank of Sew South Wales £000, eecured by Invercargill Tramway Company's stables, etc., valued £600, The liquidators' (Cook •• and Gray) representative moved that the debtor be requested to prepare and cfpliyer to the Assignee before the 3rd of August •accounts ind balance-sheets showing particulars of receipts and expenditure, of stock-takings and profits Rnd losses I during the period of three years before thaban'kruptpy. The motion was carried by" value, the Colonial Bank and the Ward Association liquidators voting for it, and nine against. The njeeting then adjourned till oth August. Dunedin, July 13. There is a possibility that the examination of the Hon J. G. Ward and the directors and officers of the Ward 'Farmers' Association may not be open to the presß.
