The Secretary of the Telegraph Department has received a telegram from Kekerangu that the Taiaroa is ashore at Troloves, which is a gravelly beach free from rocksOne of the Kekerangu hands returning from Clarence reports that he met a man on the beach early this morning on the north bank of the Clarence, who said he was a passenger by the Taiaroa, which was ashore about a mile north of the Clarence River.
