The Madagascar question has again occupied the attention of the French Ministry, and the committee of Chamber Deputities has given notice of an intention of asking credit for twelve million francs, for the purpose of despatching 3000 troops to reinforce the French force under the command of Admiral Miot, m Madagascar waters.
