; (UNITED Pit ESS ASSOCIATION). • . Blp.nheim, Friday. Phillip R. Macßae was charged, on tho information of Inspector Richardion, with neglecting to clean 1 20,000 ship on Weld's Hill, Jordan and Campden runs, for which defendant was fined threepence each upwards of six. months ago. The Inspector admitted that Campden and Jordan runs were dean, and that infection was confined to one paddock of 870 ewes of Weld's Hill run. His Worship held that, although ail three runs had one owner, and all tho sheep .wore originally included m one. certificate, and defendant was fined six months ago for all of them as one flock, yet, as two out ot three runs had no infection, defendant could be only fined for third. Defendant was fined fourpence each on 8820 sheep on Weld's Hill, the fines and costs amounting to £147. His Worship said he would endorse a recommendation, if tho Inspector chose to make it, that the fine should be remitted on all except tho 870 ewes.
