Fou ndering of a Barque.

A barque called the Oceania, bound from South Australia to Wellington, foundered m the Straits this morning. She struck the rocks at Terawhiti, and made water very fast. Her crew, who were saved m her boats, were picked up by the Hula. Her cargo was oark,wheat, and salt, and she was consigned to Levin & Co. She was valued at L 4,000, and was insured rof LIOOO. Her crew had a narrow escape, and saved nothing. She was tho droperty of the captain.
