It was found that the flesh was torn from one leg, exposing the bone. The board's building fund is already £260 m debt, and the applications amount to LI 4OO. Greymoutb, March 3. This evening M. Kennedy, chairman of the Harbor Board, tendered his resignation as chairman and member of the board. He was not satisfied with the way iv which the business of the board was proposed to be gone on with, aud he did not wish to occupy a position antagonistic te the board. At the request of the' board, Mr Kennedy agreed to allow his resignation to be deferred till the nexj ordinary meeting.
