•» At the meeting held yesterday at Mr Linton's office there were present : Messrs H. H. Russell, J. Linton, Park, and H. J. Lloyd. It was decided to ask the secretary tts. distribute the fish he has at Awahuri into the Kiwitea, some of the tributaries of the Oroua and Manawatu. It was further agreed to recommend that the shooting season for native and imported game should be opened on the Ist March, 1885. It was also resolved to offer a ueward of Is. each for all hawks and wekas that were brought m.
