Old potatoes are now quite out of the market ; the new crop uiay be still quoted at 9s cwt. Onions are now plentiful, and the market uncertain. Fleming and Gilkison'sguaranteed'flour, £9 ;- butter is without alteration ; cheese, 5d to s^d : ; fowls, 4s to 4s 6d ; ducks, 4s 6d to 5a pair ; turkeys, 5s .each ; hams anoV bacon (m cloth), 9^d ro lOd ; eggs, Is 4d ; green peas, 6d to 8d per peck.
