There'was a numerous attendance of buyers and others interested, and , very good competition was experienced for the catalogues, which was fairly representative of wools from the Wellington Provincial District. Greasy crossbred realised up to 7£d per lb for medium quality, and 9tl for fine ; washed brought ud to lOd. Nearly the whole of the catalogue, was cleared fit. auction or privately immediately afterwards. "
