(united prfss association.) Ltttblton, January 13. Arrived— Waitangi, ship, Friston, from London, with 311 immigrants, 77 days out. The captain is confined to his bed, but his illness is not expected to prove serious. Oamaru, ship, Wright, from London; all well; 91 days out. While on the voyage a heavy gale struck the ship, and washed one boat away and smashed another, and also washed eight prize sheep overboard. The captain fctates that he never before experienced such weather.
