MR FORSTER'B INDICTMENT AGAINST THE LA.ND LEAGUE. , EXCITING SCENE IN THE :. HOUSED THE KILMAINHAM TREATY.

(SPECIAL TO UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION!) i London, Feb. 24 Speaking m the House of Commons, Mr Forster brought a most crushingindictment against the Irish Land League. He distinctly accused Mr Pkrnell of either conniving the outrages and murderskwhich had been committed, or of calmly ignoring fact? and willingly profiting by the acts of the labour terrorists. He also charged the League with accepting inpney from the American debl&red enemies of England. He had, however, now some hope for the future of Ireland since* the wickedness and cruelty of Mr ' ParneH's agitation had been unveiled . Mr Forster denied that the Cabinet has agreed to the Crimes Bill before he retired from it. The House was deeply moved by. , Mr .Forster's speech. There were loud cries for Mr Parnell, but he took no notice of them, and remain d silent ; his fol- I lowers, however, accused Mr Forster of I lying, and Mr James O'Kelly, member f)r County . Roscommon, became so violent that the speaker suspended him for a week. Lord Harfcington, m a temperate speech, said that the Irish. Land Leaguers were bound to reply to the accusations which had been made, and to aftord the country the necessary materials for judging of their innocence. It is- understood that, m response to" Lord Harbington's challenge, MrParnell will to-day address the House. • ;t)ic Stafford Northcote has given notice of motion, condemning the Kilmainham Treaty. - - •
