The "Murder" Case.
This case was partially beard yesterday at the Feilding MM. <Dourt, before Messrs McNeil and Lethbridge, J.P's. a charge having been laid of threatened "assault by Jones presenting a firearm" at ' Roots. 'Ihe case was remanded until Wednesday the 14th iustanr, bail being allowed defendant m his own recognizances of LSO and two sureties of L 25 each.
