A FURTHER CHARGE.
The same defendant was afterwards brought up before Mr Lethbridge, J.P. by the complainant Hoots, with having used language of a provoking character. The case was remanded until the above date, sureties required being defendant m LIOO and two -sureties of Lsoi Both case', it is said, are of the most trivial character, though certain persons are trying their utmost to magni~ fy them, and irritate Jones to a further violent demonstration .
