MOTUEKA BOROUGH COUNCIL Notice is hereby given That the following By-laws have been passed by the above Council, and that the confirmation of the same will be taken into consideration at a special meeting to be held on Tuesday; January 13th, 1903 : BY-LAWS. That no horse, or horses, shall be driven loose along the streets of the liorough. That no person, or persons, shall ride or drive round the corners of the streets of the Borough at a faster pace than Five [s] Miles an hour. Any person offending against any of the provisions of these By-laws, or committing any breach thereof, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding Five [s] Pounds for every such offence.
