DESPATCHES FROM THE DUKE OF NEWCASTLE.

The following despatches from the Duke of Newcastle are published for general information:-Downing-street, September Ist, 1862. &m,—The Lords Commissioners or the Admiralty have informed me that William Repa (grandson of Tamyti Walker Nene) the boy taken charge of by Commodore Seymour at your request, for the purpose of being trained as a Sailor, has arrived in England w Her Majesty's ship "Cossack," and that directions have been given for his being •jent in proper charge,. to the Impreguable, Training ship at Devonport, where he will be placed under the special care of the commander.
