Appointing District of Wairarapa, under the Native Districts Regulation Act. G. Grey, Governor. At the Government House, at Auckland, on the 23rd day ofJanuary, 1863. Present;His Excellbnct thb Governor ; in Council. WHEREAS by an Act of the GeneralAssembly of New Zealand, intituled The Native Districts Regulation Act, 1858," it, is provided that it shall be ;lawful for. the Governor in Council from time to time to appoint Districts for the purposes of: the said Act,.. being, Districts over: which the. Native Title shall not; for the time -being, have been , extinguished: Now, the reform, . His Excellency the Governor, by and this advice and consent of his Executiva Council, doth hereby Order, appointi and declare that the territory hereaftodeseribed *hall b*a 'District for' the purposes of the said Act, ; thai is to say: All Terriw tory bounded towards • the North by the Ahu-j riri District, toward* the West by the Tarariifc and Rinmtakaßanges, and by a line along the Rimutakaand Turahirae Ranges t6 the sea,: and towards the South and • East by thfr coastline from - TarakiVse tO the boundary of the Ahunri District; at the Waimata Stream; excepting, .lands over which the Native title has beers extinguished,; witbiin the meaning~of%6 said Act. Present:— Bis Excellency the Governor in Council. WHEREAS by an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled w The Native Circuit Courts Act, 1858," it is provided that it shall be lawful for the Governor in Council from time to time to appoint Districts for the purposes of the said Act, being over which the Native Title shall not for the time being have been extinguished: • Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor by and with the advice and consent of his Executive Council, doth ■ hereby order, appoint, and declare that the Territory hereafter: described shall be a District for the purposes ;of the said Act, that » to say: All Territory bounded towards the North by the Ahuriri District; towards the West by the Tararaa apd Rimutaka Ranges, and by a line along the > Rimutaka and # Turakirae Ranges to the sea jand towards the South and East by the coast line from Cape Turakirae to the boundary of the Ahuriri District at the Wairtiata stream: excepting lands over which the Native Title has been extinguished within tne meaning of the said Act. And doth appoint and declare that the said District shall be called the Native District of Wairarapa. ORDER IN COUNCIL. Appointing District of Whanganui under Native Districts Regulation Act. G. Grey, Governor. At the Government House at 'Auckland, on the 23rd day of January, 1863. Present:— His Excellency thb Goveenoh in Coukcil. WHEREAS by an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled u The Native Districts Regulation Act, 1858," it is provided that it shall be lawful for the the Governor in Council from time to time to appoint Districts for the -purposes of the said Act. being Districts over which the Native Title shall not for the time being have been extinguished: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of his Executive Council, doth hereby Order, appoint,, and declare that the Territory hereafter described shatl.be a District for the purposes of the said Act, that is to say: All Territory lying within a boundary line commencing at the mouth of the Patea river, thence along the boundary of the Province of Taranaki to the boundary of the Province of Auckland, thence alongtliat boundary to the Western boundary of the Ahuriri District as constituted under the said Act, thence along that boundary to the soured of the Tutaekuri river, thence by a line to the source of the Whangaehu river, tiieuce by the Whangaehu river to the sea, and thence by the coast line to the point of commencement: excepting lands oyer which the native title has been extinguished within the meaning of the said Act. And doth appoint and declare that the said District shall be called the* Native District of Whanganui. An doth declare that this Order shall take effect from and after the first day of March, 1863. At tlie Government House, at Auckland, on tbe 24th day of January, 1863. .Presents — " His Excellency the Governor in Council. WHEREAS bjr an Act of the Genera] Assembly of New Zealand, intituled <l The Native Circuit Courts Act* 1858," it is provided that it shall be lawful for the Go r vernor in Council from time to time to appoint Districts for tho purposes of the snid Act, being Districts over which the Native Title shall not, for the time being huve been extinguished:— Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of his Executive Council, doth hereby order, appoint, and declare that the Territory hereafter described shall be a District for the purposes of the said Act, that is to say: All territory bounded towards the North by the Whanganui District, as constituted by Order in Council, dated 23rd January, 1863; towards the East by the Ahurirt District; towards the West by the sea coastline, between the Wangaehu river and the Kukutauaki stream; and towards the South by the Waiwiri stream, and. by a line running. Easterly to the Tararaa and Ruahine ranges, including the island of Kapiti: excepting all lands over which tho Native Title has been extinguished, within, the meaning of the said Act.

The Native Districts Regulation Act, 1858," J* is provided that it shall be lawful for the Governor in Council from time to time to appoint Districts for the purposes of the said Act, being Districts over which the Native Title shall not tor the time being have been extinguished: Now therefore His Excellency the Governor, by and with the. advice and consent of his Executive Council, doth hereby order, appoint, and declare that the Territory hereafter described shall be a District for the purposes of the said Act, that is to say: All Territory bounded towards the North by the Whanganui District, as constituted by Order in Council, dated 23rd January, 1863; towards the East by the Ahuriri District; towards the West by the sea coast line, between the Wangaehu river and the Kukutauaki stream, and towards the South by the Waiwiri stream, and by a line running Easterly to the Tararua and Ruahine ranges, including the island of Kapiti: excepting all lands over which the: Native Title has been extinguished, within the meaning of the said Act. Present His Excellency the Governor in Council. WHEREAS by an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled " The Native Circuit Courts Act, 183®," it is provided that it shall be lawful for the Governor m Council from time to time to appoint Districts for the purposes of the sAid Act, being Districts over which the Native Title shall not for the time being have beeu extinguished : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of his Executive Council, doth hereby order, appoint, and declare that the Territory hereinafter described shall be a district for the purposes of the said Act, that is to say: All territory bounded towards the North by the Manawatu district, as constituted by Order in Council of even date herewith, towards the East by the Tararua and Rimutaka Ranges, towards the West by the coast line. between the Kukutauaki stream and Pipinui Point; and towards the South* east by a line from Pipinui Point, to the Rimutaka Range, including, the Island of Mana: excepting all lands over which, the Native Title has been extinguished within the meaning of the said Act. And doth appoint and declare that the said district shall be called the Native District of " Porirua." And doth declare that this Order shall take effect from and after the first day of March, 1863. T\7HEREAS by an Act oF the Genoral "» ■ Assembly, of New Zealand* intituled " The Nati-e Districts Regulation Act, 1858," it is provided that it shall be lawful for the Governor in Council from time to time to appoint Districts for the purposes of the said Act, being* Districts over which the Native Title shall not for the time being have been extinguished: Now therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and with.-the advice and consent of his Executive Council, doth hereby Order, appoint, and declare that the Teiritory hereafter described shall be a District for the purposes of the said Act, that is to say: All Territory bounded towards the North by the Manawatu District as constituted by Order in Council of even date herewith, towards the East by the Tararua and Rimutaka Ranges, towards the West by the coast line between the Kukutauaki stream and Pipinui Point, and towards the South East by a line from Pipinui P«int to the Rimutaka Range, including the island of Mana: excepting all lands over which the Native Title has been extinguished within the meaning of the said Act. And doth appoint and declare that the said District shall be called the Native District of '• Porirua." And doth declare thai this Order shall take effect from and after the first-day of March, 1863.
