STANDING ORDERS.

1. In all cases not hereinafter provided, the President shall decide. 2. The sitting days of the Runanga shall he Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, unless otherwise ordered by the Rurianga. 5. Ordered to be read a first little. (2nd.) Considered in detail, in committee or the whole House. (3rd.)
