The Garden.-Transplant lettuce sown last month; sow parsnips, sow also spinach for spring use; sow peas for a full crop, also beans of the large kinds, as Windsor ami long pnils, in rows two and a lialf feci asunder; plant a good largo square of cabbagfi plants and cauliflowers in rich ground; sow parsley along the edges of llic walks; commence forcing cucumbers and melons. Do anylhing that has been neglected during the preceding month; no lime is now to be lost in planting out all trees, which from whatever cause have been forgotten; prune raspberries and figs, which being plants of much pith, arc apt to die back from the place cut, if pruned in the early part of winter. Finish planting tulips, croctisscs, and snow drops, etc., if defered to a later season, they never flower well; prune and cut out all dead wood in flowering shrubs. Tin: I'ii.i.d.—Keep the weeds down, and continue sowing wheat. Keep the water furrows clear.
