Wabden'b Cottbt. (Before H. W. Kobinson, Esq., Warden.) Agricultural Leases. The following were granted, there being no objections : R. W. Trotter, section 22, Block VII.; John Trotter, section 23, Alexander Trotter, section 21, each of 200 acres, and all in Rock and Pillar district. l.The application of John Holverson was received for protection of a claim, and hearing fixed at Naseby, for February 19 —[on which day, there being no objection, it was granted.] Distbict Land Office. (Before H. W. Eodinson, Esq., District Land Officer.) Deferred Payment Lands. Thomas Hickey, section 7, Block 2., no objection, granted : John Nolan, for portion of section 6, Block VI., no objection, certificate to issue for 150 acres, subject to approval of Waste Lands Board. Water Race. —Alexander M'Kay, water race from a gully on section 21, Block VII., and terminating on his own section, No 24. No objection. Granted.
