HAMILTON.—Feb. 13.

Distbict Land Office. (Before H. W. Robinson Eeq, District Land Ofßcer ) Water Race Application.—The application of P. J. Greer, for water race from Pigburn, was considered. The applicant was present, as also J. Herlihy, W. Hall, and Low Yan, who objected. Ths objections of Herlihy and Hall were withdrawn, by an arrangement for them to share in the use of the race. The objection oi Low Yan was also withdrawn, upon terms agreed upon with the applicant. Certificate was then granted for four heads, as applied for. <■, Wabden's CoraT. (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) Grants. George Taylor, extended claim. Withdrawn.—Yot Lem and others, water race application.
