.(Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) Police v. John M'Crae.—Drunk r.nd disorderly. Fined 205., or 24 hours' imprisonment. STEALING GOLD AT CAMBRIAN.' Police v. lew Hay and Ah Loney.—This case had been remanded from the 2nd inst., and was now carefully gone into—TMr. G. F. Rowlatt defending the accused, The offence was proved, and seven days' imprisonment in Naseby gaol, with hard labor, inflicted. The amount'' of gold stolen was trifling.
