Now, therefore, the Waste Lands Board of the Provincial District of Otago, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon it by the said recited Acts and of every other power enabling tbrtn in that bnhalf, does hero by, with the approval of his Excellency the Governor, set apart Sections numbeied 6. 8, and 9, Block VI., Sections 27, 28, 20, and 30, block VII., and Sections 1, 2, 3, 4. 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block X , in the Hock and Pillar District, for occupation on Deferred Payments as aforesaid, and fix Tuesday, the 5 h day of Decomber, 1876, as the date on which the said Sections will be open for application for license on Deferred Payments, as provided by "The Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872."
