Warden's Court. (Before H. "W. Ho'oinson, Esq., "War!jr.). M'Kaj v. Annet.—A complaint for .breach, of section 3, .Regulation xxi., for interference with the road. It appeared chat the summons had not been served, and the Court allowed a new summons to issue, for hearing in February. Grants. —L. Matthewson and others, tail-race ; Dowling and others, extended claim.
Cancellations.—Two certificates for extended claims, held respectively byO'Cjunell and another, and Ji. Mack, were surrendered for cancellation.
The other business consisted of renewals, transfers, &•.?.
