Police v. Glover.—This was an information i'or exposing spirituous liquors for sale at the defendant's store,' Shag Valley reels. Mlv Bailey, for defend-mt, asked whether the police wei-e prepa: ed to prove that the Jiquor seized, (half a bottle ; ot brandy) was- more than twenty-six overproof,. as he was .instructed that it was not so, and that it was merely kept for the refreshment of the storeman himself.
