Kesidkxt Magistrate's Court. (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., R.M.) Barber v. Broad.—Debt £26 9s. 9d. This case had been originally fixed for hearing at Naseby, but adjourned from time to time. The exam'nation of defendant had been held at Westport, and his evidence was now read. The evidence of the plaintiff was also taken, bat judgment was withheld, and the case adjourned to Naseby sine die for judgment. Was den's Coukt. (Before 11. W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) Grants. —A.
