'The three -defendants we children of a neighbor ;of Mr.. -,Griffin's, and were charged -by him -with assaulting his wife bylthrowing stones' and sods at her. It appeared that considerable ill-feeling, prevailed between the families. - As Mrs. Griffin had not been seriously hurt the Court imposed a fine of Is. upon each of the defendants, and.ad vised the seniors on both sides to, cultivate a moros neighborly feeling for "th e future.
