Warden's Court. (Before H. W.-Robinson, Esq., Warden.) "Weiss v. Dillon and ;^Others.— -This was a complaint. that the; defendants, being holders of an extended claim of four acres, had not, for a period of one month, (between l)ec. 8 and Jan. 8), employed the proper number of holders of miner's rights upon the claim; and the'plaintiff asked that' one acre of this ground might be adjudged.to him. A large amount of evidence was taken, and judgment was ultimately given for the defendants. ' ' A great number of applications of ! various-kinds were .disposed of.
