GIRL’S DEATH FROM POISON.

Te Aroha, Yesterday

The inquest into the death of Pearl Edith Fletcher, aged 19, a single woman, of Alorrinsville, was held to-day. The evidence of the father showed that the girl left home for To Aroha on Saturday evening and later was taken to hospital seriously ill. She admitled having taken poison, but gave no reason for having done so, and died on Sunday. The inquest was adjourned.
