TOWN HALL TALKIES
Aletro-Goldwyn-Mayer has given nmViegoers tired of seeing - city streets and apartment house interiors a fresh outlook in “Alontana Moon,” Joan Crawford’s latest all-talking and singing- vehicle which is al the Town Hall, theatre to-night. For the plot of this picture is laid o', a Montana ranch and its scenes of cuttle grazing on the wide plains, its tremendous mountains and its deep canyons make this production worthwhile for its pictorial effectiveness alone. The picture is made more attractive by a number of songs, sung-by the featured players ami by a clioi its of 50 cowboys who introduce several of I lie tranditional cowboy miliads and dillies. Also screening “Tough Winter,” Our Gang talking comedy. .Miller and Sayles, a vaudeville specialty act, and latest talkie news. Prices: Circle 2/3, stalls L/(i, children Oil and 1/-. On Alondav a picture cabaret will be introduced. Laura La Plante will star in "Scandal," whilst special dance music will be presented over the Western Electric sound system.
