OFIFfCIAL REFORM CANDIDATE. Gisborne, Nov. 14. Ati announcement had been made by the Political Reform League that 'Mr. H. D. de Lautour will contest the Gisborne seat in the interests of the Reform Party at the next election. ' The sitting member is Mr. W. D. Lysjiar, who was elected as an Independent Reformer but changed to Independent a few weeks ago.
