MORE DOGS POISONED.

Wlo are informed blurt several residents have recently had their Slogs poisoned. Some time ago there was an epidemic of dog poisoning in the borough, upwards of 100 canines coining to a rapid end. The cause of death in every ease was poisoning. Rewards were offered for information that would inad to the conviction of the person responsible for such inhuman and fiendish outbreaks. Whatever poison was being administered did not lake long to put the victims out.

A valuable dog was saved the other evening after emetics had failed, by making a slit in the ear, which caused the blood to flow freely.
