OBITUARY.
MR. THOMAS LEE, AGED 75 YEARS. The death which occurred in the Palmerston North Hospital on Tuesday last removed from Poxton one of its oldest and highly respected residents in the person of Mr. Thomas Lee. The late Mr. Lee was horn in Kingsbridge, Devonshire, England, where he married and later came out to New Zealand with his wife and family of three On his arrival in New Zealand the late Mr. Lee settled in Halcombe but subsequently removed to Eoxton where he entered the employ of the late Air. G. Coley. His fifty years of residence here earned him the respect of all lie came in contact with and he leaves a large circle of friends who will regret his demise. He was predeceased by his wife some twentynine years ago, but leaves a family of six to mourn their loss. The sons are Messrs -lack (Gisborne) and Charles Lee (Mirnnui). The daughters are Mesdames .1. Barker (Auckland), T. Clarke (Eeilding), 0. Broughton (Palmerston North), and E. Puller of Coley Street. Poxton.
