SHERIFF SEIZES TRAIN.
REFUSAL 'lO PAY JUTES. The shorill: at. Miami, Florida, Mr. Oscar Wolff, recently had a confiscated passenger train, two locomotives, the right oh way to Avon Park depot, and other property of lire Atlantic Coast Line Railway on his hands following their seizure on a writ of attachment, after the railway had failed to' comply with an order to pay £BOOO in rates. '
Under the law the sheriff may sell the. seized properly to the biggest bidder., The train carried no passengers when seized, but the eoniiscatioii prevented the Litip of its sister train northward on the following day. The county authorities were planning to seize live other trains if the railway failed to pay the levy.
