SCHOOL COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS.

Nominations of candidates tor election to the local D.IL School committee closed at 8 o'clock, last night. Ten nominations were received but that of Mr. It. Hutchins was withdrawn leaving only suiUciont to till the nine vacancies. The new committee will therefore consist of the following:—Messrs J. IN. Hornblow, M. hi. Perreau, John Boss. It. Bangiheuea, G. T'. Smith (sitting members) and Messrs G. M. Hewett, it. Mayer, 1. W. Mudford, and Prod, itobinson (new members). The annual meeting' of householders will he held in the school on .Monday next at 8 pan. when the annual report and balance-sheet will be submitted and adopted.
