The Star states that all appeals by the telegraphists involved in the recent betting allegations have been dismissed by the Post and Telegraph Appeal Board. However, Mr. E. C. Cullen, S.M., chairman of the board, when questioned to-day, would ma'ke no statement beyond saying that the decision had been communicated to the appellants.
