THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: — The indications are for northerly winds moderate to strong after about 20 hours and backing by west to south. Expect changeable and showary weather and after about 24 hours the weather will probably become colder shortly. Barometer rising. ‘Seas rough, tides moderate.
