Hari Haiti, Huntly, was instituted Archdeacon of Te Tai Hanaru by Bishop Oherrington, at / Hamilton on Sunday. Air.- Haiti is the first Maori to be elevated to the dignity of archdeacon. The Rev. K. A. Ivaraka, Moiuinsville, was installed at Canon of St. Peter’s (Cathedral, at the same service. Bishop Bennett preached the sermon to a iai-ge congregation of Maoris and pnkehas. ' '
