The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows The indications are for northerly winds moderate to strong freshening at times. Increasing haze and cloudiness. The 'weather appears to ibe cloudy and unsettled with rain following. Mild. Barometer falling. Seas moderate, tides good, sea increasing.
