THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: The indications are for moderate northerly winds, freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather. Later the weather appears likely to be cloudy and 'unsettled, with scattered showers. Rain probable. Indications are for electrical disturbances, mild. Seas moderate, tides moderate.
