HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. *
The Department of Agriculture has received the following cablegram, dated 24th instant, from the High Commissioner for New Zealand, London: — Hemp.—Manila market quiet and value unchanged. Sisal. —Ala ike t quiet but steady with no material change inf-value. New Zealand. —Better enquiry but shippers still not able to meet demand. Closing values same as last quotations.
