SCHOOL NOT WANTED.
POLITICAL INTERFERENCE. Napier, Yesterday. Allegations were made at a meeting of the Education Board that a Minister of the Crown had been “got at” with the object of authorising a new school at Kei Kei, East IC'oast, after the proposal had been turned down by the inspectors and the Director of Education. The Education Board decided to protest against the erection of the school, as it would interfere with the school at Waipiro Bay.
