BURGLAR COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE.

GUILTY OF ELEVEN THEFTS. •Wellington, Last Night. A man who lias been responsible for a number of burglaries in and around Wellington was brought to book in the person of Frank Clark, with aliases of Edwards and Gifford, a labourer, who arrived in the Dominion early in July. Clark stated that he became hard up and had committed eleven burglaries, taking goods of a total of £251 13s 3d. He was committed for sentence. Charles (Sender was charged with receiving from Clank. He pleaded not guilty and was committed for trial.
