The Department of Agriculture has (received the following eablegram, dated 13th instant, from the High Commissioner for New Zealand, London: — Hemp.—Manila market opened dull but belter demand developed later- and prices improved. “J” grade shipment to be in .July-Sep-tember, value £37 10/-; shipment to be in Angust-Oetober £37 15/-. •Slisal/ —Market quiet ,and little irregular-. Closing values Tanganyika and Kenya No. 1, shipment to lx; in July-September £3O; No. 2, £37 15/-; good marks 20/- more. New Zealand.—-Malrket veryquiet. Nominal elos-ing values, high points shipment to be in .TulyAngusf £33 10/-, others unchanged.
