The Auckland Acclimatisation Society’s onslaught against hawks is meeting with great success. At a recent meeting oi the society the secretary'(reported that over 7000 pairs of hawtks’ feet had been sent in so far. Yesterday a resident of the jVlorrinsville district had sent in 461 pairs of feet, for which he received a substantial cheque
