HIGH COMMISSIONER’S CABLE. The Department of Agriculture has received the following cablegram, dated 4th inst., from the High Commissioner for New Zealand, London: — Helmp. —Manila market steady. “J” grade May-June shipment quoted £36 10/- sellers. Sisal market has declined. No. 1 fair average quality sold £36 10/-; No. 2, £35 10/-, with sellers over. New Zealand ana ilk et dull and idle. Nominal closing comparative values: High points, £32 10/-; fair, £3O 10/- ; 'common, £29; rejected, £27. Tow: ,2nd grade, £2l;' 3rd grade, £lB.
